What is your return Policy?
Item can be returned in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of order date.
Please send an email to sarah@essentiallyhigh.ca to request a return and an authorization number. At this time, customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
It can take up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once received. An email notification will be sent when your return has been processed, and reimbursement will go back on the original form of payment
Custom and made to order items and sale items are final sale and non refundable.
How do I look after my crystal jewellery?
We do not not recommend submerging or wearing your pieces in the water. Getting wet from hand washing or dancing in the rain is ok! To prolong the life of our pieces, avoid creams, sunscreens etc. directly on the crystals or cord.
