What is your return Policy?
Regular priced items can be returned in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of order date. All sale items are final sale.
Please send an email to sarah@essentiallyhigh.ca to request a return. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns.
It can take up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once received. An email notification will be sent when your return has been processed, and refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment
Custom and made to order items and sale items are final sale and non refundable.
How do I look after my crystal and/or gold plated jewellery?
We do not not recommend submerging your pieces in the water. Getting wet from hand washing or dancing in the rain is ok! To prolong the life of our pieces, avoid spraying perfume, lotions, sunscreens etc. directly on your jewellery.
